I am a construction schedule and cost expert with more than 20 years of experience in construction management, scheduling, cost estimating, and project controls across a wide range of commercial, infrastructure, and specialty construction projects. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and am a licensed Professional Engineer (Civil).
My professional background includes hands-on experience with how construction projects are planned, sequenced, executed, and managed in the field, as well as how they are documented, scheduled, and cost-tracked at the project controls level. This combination allows me to evaluate disputed schedules and costs in a practical, real-world context grounded in industry standards and actual construction practice.

I begin by developing a clear understanding of the project scope, contract requirements, and project timeline, followed by a detailed review of schedules, cost records, correspondence, and supporting documentation.
Schedule analyses are performed using CPM-based methods appropriate to the available data and the specific issues in dispute, including as-planned versus as-built comparisons, windowed analyses, and time impact evaluations where applicable. Cost analyses focus on identifying and quantifying cost growth, productivity impacts, and change-related costs, with careful attention to causation and responsibility.
Throughout my work, I focus on transparency, repeatability, and defensibility. My goal is to provide opinions that are technically sound, clearly explained, and capable of withstanding scrutiny in deposition, arbitration, or trial.
