Previously, I served as Senior Director of Cybersecurity at Untapped Talent, where I led national initiatives to develop and mentor neurodiverse professionals for careers in cybersecurity. This work reflects my long‑standing commitment to inclusive capability building and the belief that diversity of thought strengthens organisational resilience and security outcomes. I currently serve as an Associate Professor, Honorary Adjunct Fellow teaching and supervising across cybersecurity, digital governance, and data privacy. My academic and applied research focuses on privacy‑preserving technologies, cyber risk and assurance frameworks, security governance, and the human and organisational dimensions of cybersecurity.
