Nicholas D. Cacchione, CFA is an expert in upstream oil and gas financial analysis, and valuation. He has more than 30 years of experience evaluating oil and gas companies and assets, with expertise in discounted cash flow valuation, M&A transaction analysis, financial performance benchmarking, and commodity price risk management. Mr. Cacchione is the founder of Oil & Gas Financial Analytics, LLC and previously served as a Vice President and Research Director at IHS Herold, where he was the primary author of the Global Upstream Performance Review and conducted oil and gas asset valuations for a major insurance company. He has a BBA in Accounting and a MBA in Finance from Iona University in New Rochelle, NY. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
