**M. Catherine Peters, RD, LD, RDN** is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with more than a decade of clinical experience across long-term care, acute care, outpatient, and telehealth settings. Her expertise includes malnutrition, failure to thrive, unplanned weight loss, pressure injuries, wound care, oncology nutrition, bariatric surgery, gastrointestinal disorders, nutrition support, and medical nutrition therapy for medically complex patients.
Ms. Peters has extensive experience evaluating nutrition care in skilled nursing facilities and hospitals, with specialized knowledge of CMS regulations, F-Tag requirements, nutrition documentation, regulatory compliance, and the registered dietitian standard of care.
