Methodology & Approach
Step 1 - Listen to client. Get overview. Determine if an expert is needed.
Step 2 - Teach client the basics of cell phone technology. How it works, what is possible, what is valid science
Step 3 - Prior to engagement review case. Often in ten minutes you can tell that there is no case
Step 4 - Send client list of material to subpoena and why.
Step 5 - Do analysis - Come to conclusion, meet with attorney and review results
Step 6 - If requested, post-meeting, write report, Do additional analysis, if requested.
