I am a partner in a local Heavy Highway Construction, Utility, Site Work Company. I have more than 45 years of experience.
I am licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York along with being a partner in a Construction Company. I have 45 years of experience in construction and 40 years of experience in engineering. I have been providing expert witness testimony for the past 25 years.
Methodology & Approach
I begin by reviewing all documentation and visiting the location of interest. I will perform surveys, take measurements, and photos/videos to support my report/testimony. I will review my findings with the attorney and/or person hiring my services prior to finalizing my report.
